Este miércoles salían a la luz los datos sobre el mercado de trabajo (publicados por el Boletín Labor Statistics) and I went to look directly at the data on women's self-employment ... Interest could it be?
The macroeconomic environment is favorable for anyone , but it seems that self-employment is resisting the onslaught survival despite the many times we developed the business people who work on their own: December 2008 to June 2009 has been reduced by 4.5% the number of affiliations RETA (1) .
'll see how today's challenges condition initiatives self-employment. According to a survey by the Independent Labour Observatory, made between 12 and 22 January 2009 a total of 1,173 people self (361 women and 812 men) from around the state, the main views of the sector are:
- 89% of people thought autonomous crisis affects them.
- Only 34% have reduced their workforce and one in every four self-employed persons need to hire new staff, but it will do, primarily for economic reasons.
- E l 62.4% consider that their business is bad mainly because of falling sales (third party claims a drop of over 31% over the previous year).
- 75% think that the English economy will get worse and 85% that will make their household economy.
Despite this, early indicators show that women entrepreneurs better resist all these difficulties and do not abandon our efforts. It would be interesting to know what's behind this call forward and what learning can extract the global economy.
(1) People itself autonomous and integrated trading companies, cooperatives or other corporate entities or family helpers.
